Nice hotel with fabulous views over city.

In overall the room was amazingly comfortable and light and with a big bathroom. The morning meal was very very good with cakes and meats/cheeses, for example. Location: the hotel was very close to downtown, Iguassu Falls at about 3 a.m., and IS NOW GOLDEN PARK INTERNATIONAL.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to access local attractions and amenities in Foz's downtown. The rooms were kept really clean with comfortable showers, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The breakfast was included in our rate and offered a wide variety of options, comparable to what you would find in other Mercure hotels around the world.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

- Sockets have only worked sporadically. - Staff speaks English only rarely and if at all broken. - Sauna either out of order or too cold. - Game room with table tennis and billiards extremely old and worn

Location, it is centrally located a few blocks from the terminal and close to many places to eat... is important especially for those of us who did not go by car. Pool, nice and well cared for. Breakfast, varied and quite complete. good general cleaning. Attention from the staff in general was very good (except for the event I describe in "what I didn't like"), they even lent us an adapter to charge cell phones. We forgot the key to the safe and they solved the problem right away. remarkable gesture: They allowed us to leave the room at 4pm when we were supposed to leave at 10am.

In the bathroom of the double room 904 I didn't have the towel hangers, you could tell they were out and didn't replace them. In the other triple room (whose number I do not remember, where there were three more relatives), before 2 very strong rains, water entered through the window. . Suggestion: they should change the towels, I estimate that they have already fulfilled their useful life . The place next to the hotel to eat is quite expensive compared to other alternatives in the vicinity.

During my recent stay at Golden Park Internacional Foz & Convencoes, I had a delightful experience. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas, including the waterfalls and the landmark frontier. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and provided clear directions for catching the bus to various attractions. Additionally, there was a large supermarket and local shops nearby, making it convenient for any necessities.

Good location, nice pool, spacious room, friendly staff, good value for money.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms are big enough and also the bathroom is big. The bed is comfortable. The view is very beautiful. Since it's a big hotel, it was sometimes a little crowded at breakfast. Breakfast was rich. You can also try the buffet in the evening. It was good and not expensive.

The furniture was a bit outdated. Sometimes you have to wait long for an elevator

Spacious rooms. Very large bed, high and comfortable, clean playground. Our room had a good, fast-acting heating system. The hotel is centrally located.

The bathroom didn't have any ventilation.

The room is big size and the bed is large. Nice touch to have central heating, LCD TV and a laptop-compatible safe;))

The room was spacious and had a great view of the town. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the Amarantha Pub 🍻.

The extremely friendly and excellent staff made my stay a very very good experience. The location was favourable, at a medium distance from Eu amo Foz do Iguacu. There were a shopping street and a bakery around the hotel.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The room was good and bright. The breakfast was large, warm, and offered plenty of outstanding food. The hotel has a good location in downtown Foz, just a 15-minute walk from a large zoo. There is a nice pool and parking nearby.

This hotel in the city center provided a great value for money. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms for foreign appliances. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Breakfast was included in our rate and offered a variety of options to suit all tastes, comparable to the quality of other Mercure hotels around the world.

All was satisfactory during our stay.

It is the worst hotel I have stayed for the last 20 years or more. It is dirty and delapidated and I would say it is a 2 star hotel. by the way, I travel a lot and spend more than 90 days per years traveling.

The staff was ok but the premisses are terrible.
